NESEM Global, the brainchild of Entrepreneurial Mother of 2, was founded by Nicky Ellis, who spent 5 years living and working in Zanzibar. After relocating back to South Africa, she chose to re-establish herself and her business in Cape Town.
NESEM Global is an events management company, offering services such as Corporate Incentives & Events, Destination Weddings, Anti Human Trafficking Campaigns and now, the latest addition to the company, Staffing Solutions specifically catering to the Events Industry.

After noticing the number of unapproachable and often unhelpful staff behind the scenes, as well as, front of house, Nicky realized her passion for the industry and what she does. She decided to make it their company mission, to help her industry partners to have the right people doing the right jobs. With an ever growing database of incredible jobseekers, they aim to be the link in the industry, linking great people to great places.
NESEM Global is all about doing good, for good! The company aligned themselves with STOP (Stop Trafficking of People) a local NGO/NPO whose cause is fighting the horrendous crime of Human Trafficking in South Africa. Together they are organizing Rock For Freedom Music Festival as well as various future awareness campaigns in aid of anti human trafficking.
With Nicky’s extensive experience in both South Africa and Tanzania, her clientele now ranges into the Northern Hemisphere, to countries such as the US, Canada, UK, Europe and the UAE.
